- 105 Crankshaft Horsepower
- Dry Weight 604 pounds
- Produced between 1979-82
- 1046cc inline six cylinder engineTriple disc brakes
- Anodized mag wheels
- With dual overhead camshafts, and four valve heads, the CBX was designed to put Honda back on top of the Super-bike heap. Period magazine tests raised the engines smoothness, and mad performance. Only the Suzuki GS 1000 would out accelerate it. Handling was marginal due in part to the spindly 38mm front forks and heavy chassis. The bike mainly excelled as a sport tourer with its comfortable seating position and compliant highway ride
- This particular CBX was owned by a friend of mine since new and is completly stock and original.
